Started in 1993, Dream World Effects was formed by Steven Valentino — a company built on dreams, making monsters and creatures of all kinds that would one day entertain the world. Based on Long Island — several small, but warm studios give birth to our many projects. DWFX lives for those out-of-this-world phone calls, with ideas that seem as if they could never be done. In the end we find ways to get the job done. It's the power of keeping your dreams alive. This is where we look to find the magic and positive drive to continue working hard everyday.

One of our craziest times of the year is Halloween. Many projects grow and burst with creativity. People call us with some of the most creative & inventive ideas. The last-minute Halloween projects can be very trying to complete, but when it's all said and done the results are well worth it. Independent film productions are our favorite tasks to handle. Being involved with independent films is great and we take any chance we can to work on them. There is just something about being on set with a crew that won't stop quit, until the last scene is shot. Thats the atitude you'll find at DWFX along with the powerfullness to follow through with every step of the process. You shouldn't feel stressed over the end result. We'll have you involved every step of the way. It's the only way to insure a happy client.
